· 3 years or more Customer Service in an office environment.
· Outstanding phone and written communications skills
· Must be able to to work independently.
· Superb organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to identify needs and offer solutions.
· Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
· Technically skilled at quickly learning various technologies and software.
· Must have proven track record of dependability and flexibility.
· Bi-lingual Spanish / English is a plus.
